Staff was extremely professional and hospitable. From lobby bar to the breakfast staff and special mention of Sean and Nora at the front desk who explained everything in detail and took all my queries very diligently.

The hotel's facilities are very good, the staff are more friendly, and the Rita, Andy, Kevin I have contacted all dealt with my problems in a timely manner. Next time I go to Wenzhou, I will definitely go again.
